Mr. Black has over 20 years of high tech leadership experience, almost exclusively in the software and service industries. Many of those years were spent in sales and management roles with leading software vendors such as Oracle Corporation, Rogue Wave Software, and ClickAction, dealing directly with fortune 500 companies, federal government, public sector, and SMB's. With a sales background and mentality, Mr. Black has acquired considerable experience involving customer service, satisfaction, and user-friendly software. He has designed and created multiple desktop, client-server, and web applications. Integrating technology with processes, Mr. Black has been involved in a number of acquisitions and other liquidity events. Since 1998 Mr. Black has focused his efforts on internet application development and marketing which culminated in the founding of RFPzone, Inc., a database mining company that harvests RFP's/RFQ's from the internet and provides an easy-to-use interface to allow contractors to search for those business opportunities. Mr. Black has received formal lease equipment training from Sudhir Amembal. As vice president of sales, Mr. Black worked for a lease management software vendor in San Francisco, with over 280 clients that included Chase Bank, MCI, Sears, Starbucks, Staples, and more. Some of the responsibilities in this position required helping fortune 500 companies define and execute the management and oversight of millions of dollars in leased assets. A successful merger resulted in the largest corporate lease management software company in the world. Mr. Black resides in Utah with his wife and four children.
